Whether you’d like a full body massage or you prefer that we focus on particular part of the body. Whether your tension is the neck, shoulders and upper part of your body or if it’s in the lower back or legs, we can target your particular needs to release the tension, free your energy, relax and feel good in your body.

This treatment is actually a combination of methods from connective tissue massage, stretching and sports massage, Ayurvedic massage, aromatherapy, trigger point… We use all these manoeuvers to stimulate the body’s energy flow, lengthen and free the muscles and help you relax.

It’s important to let us know your preference on the day whether you would like a strong massage, or a soft relaxing touch to let go and just rest and relax; or if you would need a deep release that can be firmer and more energizing with a relaxing touch at the end.
